A few days ago, a US federal judge
allowed ICANN to immediately pull RegisterFly's accreditation. This is good news, because it will allow for the immediate bulk transfer of any remaining names with RegisterFly.
For a while there was a
nasty rumor that Kevin Medina was attempting to sell the RegisterFly user data. This has not been confirmed nor denied.
As for Mike Zupke (he needed a shoutout,) he's busy becoming
an ordained Minister. Lots of people are out there needing spiritual counseling now, due to this disaster.
