Flying the coop.
RegisterFly is flying the coop. The ICANN accredited registrar will have their accreditation pulled by March 10, 2007 if they don't meet conditions set out in the 10 page notice available at RegisterFlies.
I was lucky that I was able to transfer my greenjoe.net domain from RegisterFly to Go Daddy before it was lost. I don't know if RegisterFly will recover. Their former CEO, Kevin Medina, is charged with possessing kiddie porn, fraud, and a bunch of other charges being investigated by both the FBI and the Secret Service.
