U.S. politicians favour Canada border fence study

I would really hate to see the world's longest, undefended border suddenly have a fence. What a travesty to libery, freedom, and good government that would be.

I can understand wanting to defend against terrorists, but this is exactly what they want us to do. They want us to put up fences, and live in fear. We cannot start now, we cannot go down that road. It leads to big brother. Cameras on the top of the fence, tracking your every move.
