Justice prevails - so far...

Justice may have prevailed, we think. Actor Sean Penn was caught smoking in a Toronto hotel. Smoking indoors is illegal in Ontario. The hotel it seems will now be fined $600 for this. I'm happy to see this happen, but where is Mr. Penn's fine?

Why is it celebrities are above the law? If smoking is illegal in Ontario, then he should face a fine as well. The law applies equally, as we saw with Dog the Bounty Hunter.
