Arar report a new headache for U.S. prez

I'm really glad the Arar report did some good. It cleared Arar, and put light on how bad the U.S. justice system really is. We can all say these things don't happen in a first world country. The United States is changing that, day after day, with their torture of citizens outside of their own borders.

They call it "bending the rules." I call it a violation of principles and ethics.
